Who we are

Ship Odyssey Inc. operates this Odyssey website and uses enquiry information to discuss HEOR and market-access pilots.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your email address, team, project timing and chosen deliverable. We also save campaign tags and the selected landing-page variant from the page URL, your advertising-cookie choice and the time of submission. We use these details to respond, assess pilot fit and understand which campaigns generate enquiries. Please do not submit patient information or confidential project materials.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in our site database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Authorized personnel can review them. If email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the enquiry details to deliver a notification to our team. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. These providers may process information outside your country.

Advertising cookies

If you accept advertising cookies, we load the Meta Pixel to measure page views and confirmed enquiries. Meta receives browser and device information, the page URL and those events and may associate them with its services. We do not pass your form email, team or deliverable to the Pixel, and automatic event configuration is disabled. Learn more in Meta’s privacy policy.

You can reject optional cookies and still submit an enquiry. Use “Cookie settings” in the homepage footer to change your choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days and honor the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising tracking off. Withdrawing consent prevents future tracking; it does not undo information already sent to Meta.

Security and retention

We use server-side validation and submission limits to protect the form. For those limits, we store a time-limited hash derived from the request IP address and hour; expired entries are cleared during subsequent submissions. We retain enquiry records while handling the enquiry and related business records, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations.

Your choices and contact

Email pilot@shipodyssey.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
